The Royal Suite was AMAZING and spacious! Loved having a mini mart next door. But the limited breakfast options got a bit boring after a few days 🌟

Excellent hotel, the stay was VERY ENJOYABLE, favourable location near to areas I want to go to. The room I booked was reasonably large and well laid out and provided with toothbrush, a big bathroom plus spa bath. Booked it for me$ 50538. Location: the property was just off Jagalchi market and industrial harbour.

The Suite room offered ample space for our family of four. It felt clean and homely, equipped with a mini fridge and a huge TV. The shower pressure was excellent. A convenient 24/7 English-speaking front desk made communication easy. The location was good, just a short walk to the nearby subway, only one stop from Busan station. Breakfast options were limited. Each day, we had the same choices from the Vietnamese restaurant, which became repetitive. We also noticed a slight sewer smell in the bathroom, and it would've been nice to have daily complimentary bottled water and trash bags. The air conditioning system was tricky to manage, causing some discomfort in the room temperature. But overall, comfort and value for the price were nice.

What an exceptionally comfortable and excellent hotel with very amiable staff with helpful and professional receptionist! Great beds and central heating, an individual safe and pay TV.

Recommend it for families

The location was very nice, right by the main stuff, all within walking distance! And the facilities! That Asian style bath tub? Unbelievable. After a full day of exploring, I slipped into that hot tub and just let all the stress melt away!

It wasn't exactly on the cheaper side, but worth it for the experience.

Good hotel with high-speed wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a tv. On my first stay, the staff even helped me with printing. I recommend it for a comfortable stay. I'm coming back for a city break!

The maximum volume on the TV was surprisingly low, challenging to hear from the bed. Breakfast options were limited to a single beef phở. The room was quite noisy at night from both outside and from plumbing noises in adjacent units. The overly bright light control screen at the bedside was a distraction and needed to be covered to sleep peacefully.

The high step-up to the bathtub is a nuisance!!! There's a persistent wet smell in the bathroom that detracts from the experience!!! The air conditioning placement is misguided!!!

Enjoyed a spacious room that was clean. The large tv and high-speed internet were definitely highlights. The air conditioning was tricky to control was nice. While the location was convenient for the subway, the surrounding streets lacked charm. Tried some delicious smoked fish at a nearby restaurant, a nice touch to our stay.

the bathroom was GREAT especially the rain shower but no socket near the bed.

Spacious room with a huge comfy bed, excellent shower pressure, and a spotlessly clean environment. The mini fridge and massive TV were great!

Foret the spa is conveniently located just a short distance from the metro station. Our room was clean and fresh, perfect for our family of three with two double beds. Daily cleaning and towel changes were much appreciated.
